Pony Life’ Gallops Into New Global Broadcast Deals • The Toy Book

The new adventures of the Mane 6 (Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy) will soon be seen around the world.

Hasbro’s global entertainment studio, eOne inked new deals with global broadcast partners for My Little Pony: Pony Life, a new 40-episode series that “explores the funny side of friendship, following the hilarious adventures of the ponies as they spend most of their time at Sugarcube Corner.”

The series, which was initially announced late last year, will roll out through the end of this year and the beginning of next across Discovery Family in the U.S., Corus Entertainment’s Treehouse in Canada, Disney Channel in Germany, Gulli in France, Cartoonito in Italy, Discovery Kids in Latin America, Sony Pictures Television’s’ Tiny Pop in the UK, Spacetoon in the Middle East,  Turner Australia, Turner South East Asia and Channel 9 GO! in Australia, TVNZ in  New Zealand, and Mediacorp for Singapore.

My Little Pony: Pony Life joins its portfolio partner Peppa Pig in select programming blocks.

Following Hasbro’s acquisition of eOne, the newly restructured content division is managing distribution of a larger portfolio of kids properties including PJ Masks, Ricky Zoom, Peppa Pig, My Little Pony, Transformers, and the Power Rangers franchise.
